Below you will find a checklist to apply for a loan. The loan application must be filled out in its entirety for either individual or joint credit. For income listed on the loan application to be considered, one will have to submit proof of this income; otherwise, it cannot be counted as an income source. Below are examples of how to show proof of income. After completing the loan application and gathering your proof of income, please send all documents to one of the email addresses listed below.
